Current status week 3 back from running:
Tree sessions this week, ~25k all together. Very slow. Everything hurts (not just the knee I was injured in), starting to run when you are unfit is the worst.. Thighs shafing, feet blistering.

Next week plan:
Monday: slow 5km.
Tuesday: treshold intervalls.
Thursday: treshold intervalls.
Saturday: treshold intervalls.

40k all togheter ish.
